About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong track record in the health tech or medical device space. The right candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote NeuroSync's neuro health solutions to achieve business growth.
- Close new business and expand market share within your designated region.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan with a focus on lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Actively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and product goals.
Requirements:
- Proven sales success in health tech, medical device, or directly related markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Must live in Northern California.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
- Competitive total compensation package: $175K+ at plan, with a base salary of $90-130K (commensurate with experience). Package includes monthly commissions, quarterly and year-end bonuses, and an equity position in a high-growth startup.
